I recently had some water damage at my house, it was a back up in the sewer. I got in touch with SERVPRO of North Hollywood, Tony was the gentlemen that responded to my call. He came out to my house within an hour of the call. His professionalism and knowledge on the matter was outstanding.

There were some questions that the insurance adjuster had that I did not know how to answer. Tony guided me through the entire process. His staff was in our house setting up their equipment in no time. The demolition was done without a mess and was very professional.

Tony and his crew were extremely professional, knowledgeable and responsible. Anytime I had a question or concern, Tony would come by the site immediately to make sure that everything was handled. I don't know where to start with these guys! They are as professional as they come. Our house got flooded and within a couple of days we had a death in the family as well & with our jobs it wasn't easy dealing with it all. These guys came in and waited for us to get ourselves together.
