My mother is in her 80s and lives with us, so we were very concerned about the mold smell in the bathroom.  SERVPRO did a thorough inspection and found it actually growing inside the walls where the shower had been leaking slowly for a long time.  They were very careful to keep the area closed off while they worked to clear it up, and suggested we move my mother out until they were finished.  I was so impressed by the care and compassion and they did a terrific job.
