Wendy works closely with Production to maintain an accurate work-in-progress board and audit daily documentation for all job files. She also reviews the scope, estimate, and job file documentation to ensure all program requirements are met and all work performed is accurately invoiced.

We are not strangers to reconstruction so were somewhat cynical having to face reconstruction after unexpected water damage to the entire first floor of our home. As unexpected as the damage was so was our experience with SERVPRO. From the first day to completion, the service was EXCEPTIONAL. The entire staff, crew, & service people were courteous and kind. They were understanding and patient, reliable & responsible. Every one of them went out of their way to make the situation as easy as possible for us under the circumstances. Everything was explained clearly and more importantly, carried out exactly as promised. We were extremely impressed with the way they all worked together, as a team, which I believe is a contributing factor why everything went so smoothly. We attribute this to Mr. Meroujan Kitsinian. The manner in which he directs his team and deals with situations is quite impressive. He seems to possess a special skill that allows him to extract the highest performance from his team. This is observable in his team’s response and the high quality of work they produce. SERVPRO has a great team of professionals. They made my mother of 67 years of age feel informed and comfortable throughout. They were knowledgeable, courteous, and professional.
Due to a recent storm which caused a major leak we called SERVPRO which were highly recommended to us. These guys led by Meroujan were quick to respond, highly professional, and very empathetic regarding the leak. Meroujan’s professionalism shined throughout the process of drying out the leak. His expertise is unsurpassed and he always called prior to arriving and then promptly arrived at the designated time. I would highly recommend Meroujan and the SERVPRO crew if you find yourself in this unfortunate situation.
Wow! Raffi was unbelievable! He came out to asses my situation and when he realized there was really nothing he could do for my problem, (after actually taking the time to identify the issue and offer possible solutions), he left without charging me a cent. This is a reputable person who I will recommend to anyone who has water damage issues. Thank you again Raffi for your time!

We had a flood at my house late September due to a burst pipe underground. I contacted SERVPRO Hollywood Hills, and immediately Raffi came to my house and assessed the damage. Within hours Raffi and his amazing staff began to salvage my personal property and started the clean up process. Although dealing with the insurance was a major hassle, however SERVPRO made the experience as pleasant as it could be!
I would not hesitate to refer them to anyone who needs their services!

Raffi came in right away and provided so much personal care, professionalism and assistance throughout the entire process. He addressed my health concerns and accommodated my requests without batting an eye. Arlene and the rest of the team came in, carefully packed everything in my home, cleaned it on site, and returned it all exactly how they found it. I was amazed and impressed!
