When I was in complete panic mode, SERVPRO came to the rescue! The unit above my condo has a pipe burst and it just so happened that the water trickled down from my ceiling to the wooden floors. It damaged a lot of my personal belongings, too. I mean, there was a lot of water! I called my renters insurance and told them what had happened. They worked with SERVPRO to make sure everything went smoothly. A few weeks later and my house looks brand new. You would never think that there was water damage in my home.
