Benito O is courteous, timely, respectful, experienced, skilled and positive. Communicating down to the last detail of the work and clean up that needs to be done.
What was very refreshing was how his team, including his son, all looked up to him and clearly respected and liked him as a person. The entire team were friendly, highly professional, and very efficient. My wife and I felt very comfortable around James and his team. We leaned on them for helping move our undamaged stuff into their storage and help in moving to our rental. We trust them with the cleaning and sanitizing of our stuff -including my wife's extensive art pieces and my collection of Hindu statues.
Everything from beginning to the end went flawlessly. Benito is such a professional - he's a huge asset to your company. I hope to never have to use your services again, but if another disaster happens you will be the only company we call. Please note, that I have NEVER given a "10" rating for anything. It is well deserved here !
They were really careful about mold containment and super tidy. They were professional and really kind. We had moisture come up through the slab and get trapped by mats in our home gym and it totally ruined our flooring. SERVPRO took care of absolutely everything.

Jim and Julie have nearly 60 combined years of experience in the restoration industry. Jim is a San Diego native that went to Texas for a few years before convincing Julie to give California a shot.
They've spent the last 8 years servicing the Poway and Ramona communities in their time of need. They love working with homeowners and helping them take back control of their homes and lives.
