This company exceeded all our expectations. At our house in Silver Lake, we had a roofing disaster during the heavy January 2019 rains that led to significant water damage in many rooms.  We interviewed 5 different water mitigation companies including other SERVPRO franchises. But an environmental engineer we consulted had worked with many companies and highly recommended SERVPRO of Cerritos/Hawaiian Gardens. Joseph Valles came out and was very honest and thorough about what needed to be done. Having never hired a water mitigation company before, we weren't sure how they would perform. But the 6 person team led by Ricardo Monroy was just fabulous. Professional, terrific at communicating, showed up every time exactly when they said they would.  First-rate in every way. Because of the persistent rains and not having an adequate roof, we had them in the house for almost 7 weeks, far longer than you probably would.  Not a single blip. I can't say enough about how terrific they were.  Would use them again in a heartbeat.

The commercials you see where the problem just vanishes…  its true! You made it all go away as if it never happened! Thanks for working so well with our tenant also…  they are among the nicest folks and I just hate that it happened to them. You will always be my first call in situations such as this….
