Fortunately SERVPRO was there to help in the whole process to make it as painless as possible. I don't typically write reviews, but had to give credit where it's due.

I would highly recommend Marcello from SERVPRO for any water mitigation.  He didn't just do his "job" he went above and beyond and helped to reassure us that the problem would be solved.  He was great during a very stressful time.  Marcello is an asset to the SERVPRO company.   
Also I would like to give a big thanks to Ray for all his work as well.  He kept in constant contact with me and helped to keep this big job on track.

We had a leak in a bathroom that we were unaware of for longer than anyone would want. From my first contact with SERVPRO until completion and final payment, THEY WERE AMAZING. Fred came out looked at the place and gave me a ton of info and explained everything clearly. Chad was the go to guy during the demo and clean-up. They also dealt with my insurance company and made arrangements with the mold clearance company. From start to finish, I was impressed. They always showed up on time, were considerate of my belongings and my privacy. The guys were professional and ALWAYS cleaned up after themselves EVERYDAY. I will recommend them to everyone and will use them when/if I ever need their services again. 5+ STARS.

These guys are Awesome!  Let's be honest, no one wants to call a water remediation company...I was cringing and thought I would be taken to the cleaners with an extensive, expensive, intrusive scenario.  Not the case at all! I called SERVPRO of Centre City after a serious roof leak/rain storm combo.  Michael of SERVPRO was fast (less than 2 hours between request and appointment), very reasonable, thorough and helpful. Michael was a bright spot in a truly horrible day. If it's water remediation you need, look no further! My highest possible recommendation.  Will definitely use again if I need water remediation!
