We had a leak in our roof with all the recent storms and we are so thankful SERVPRO was here to help. We worked directly with Luke, who couldn't have been more professional, helpful and capable of fixing our leak and dealing with some mold that crept in during the leak. He was patient answering all of our questions and worked seamlessly with our insurance and lined up a great contractor who could help restore our home from the damage. My toilet water supply line failed while I was at work came back to a flooded house called SERVPRO Of Burlingame Millbrae Luke came out with his team right away they start the extraction and placed the drying equipment love their professionalism and fast response I highly recommend using them if you ever need them
