Lincoln, CA was originally planned as a rail link between the cities of Marysville and Sacramento for the California Central Railroad (CCRR). Later when most of the population and businesses moved on as the railroad extended, the town settled into a lull until the early 1870’s, when rich clay deposits were discovered nearby. I am the manager at a local apartment complex. Emily in the office always does such a great job helping to schedule all our carpet cleaning needs. She does such a good job fitting us in last minute when needed and is always very nice to speak with.
My neighbor went to fill his above ground pool and found that it didn’t do very well over the winter because the side split open and flooded their yard and mine...as well as my entire living room! Since I had all my information at the tips of my fingers, I was easily able to show the fire department where everything was and the fire was put out within minutes...and there was no damage to my building!!
On December 13th, Eddy Cervantes, SERVPRO of Auburn/Rocklin marketing representative and his team arrived. His team was very efficient and responsive. Eddy did a walk through with me before he and his team left to be sure that the job was satisfactory. His business card logo states "Like it never even happened." In this case, that was true.
