Nouphon Santhavisouk was polite, professional, funny and all the above. The service provide by him and his team was top notch and done expeditiously. He kept us informed at all times and was true to his word. This guy seriously deserves a raise or something for the amount of pride he puts into his work. Excellent job SERVPRO.
A pipe burst in our home earlier this year. I can't tell you what a pain it was, it impacts your life in every way. Enter SERVPRO. What I thought would take weeks ended up taking only a fraction of the time. Not only were they professional and considerate, but I ended up with nicer floors than I had before (I had older laminate) and my bathroom fixtures got an upgrade. As crazy as it sounds I'm actually kind of glad it happened. And Glenn and his staff were great through every step of the process. I hope I never have to use them again, but if I do I definitely know who I'm calling.
