We had a leak in our bathroom that came through and damaged our kitchen ceiling. It was right on top of our island in the middle of a connected kitchen/ living room, leaving a giant bulge in the drywall and stains on our textured ceiling. Troy came and listened to my fears about mold and opened the drywall to ensure the area was dry and free of mold . Chris and Shy came to complete the drywall repairs and retexture the ceiling and they were so courteous. The work they completed is impeccable - it looks brand new - as if the leak never happened and they were great to work with. We have a 15 year old dachshund that we were worried would be fearful of the noise from their machines but they were so understanding and he warmed up to them right away. We had to wait a little while for the repairs before they could get to us, as they were very busy, but my advice is WAIT …if you can. They are pros and you won’t be disappointed with their work. I absolutely recommend them!
It was a pleasure working with your team. Troy was excellent! All the trades people were courteous, on time, friendly. Really appreciated all of this being pulled together by your company, and explaining how this works. I can appreciate this is a small job compared to many. Still causes a few sleepless nights. Should have called you folks in the very first place!

We used SERVPRO with our insurance claim with an upstairs water leak. We stayed in an air bnb while they had our upstairs carpets changed and the ceiling on the main floor repaired. The new carpets looked great. SERVPRO coordinated with Dannburg Flooring for the professional install. The celling was patched, sprayed, and painted and now looks like new.
After five days we went back home to find all our furniture and stuff was back in its proper place and our home was cleaner than when we left. Hopefully we’ll never need to use their services again, but if we do we certainly will.
Syd and I wanted to take a moment and thank you and SERVPRO for an exceptionally amazing process and experience for the above claim.
Yourself, Troy, Ashley, Jolayne, Cheryl and Kyle (as well as a couple of young men whose names I cannot remember) were all very helpful. Upon arrival he assessed the situation and promptly removed the cabinets, lifted up the existing flooring and set up blowers/heaters to ensure there would be no further damage. I spent most of my childhood surrounded by building supplies and drying equipment as restoration has been in the family for two generations. I learned the trade at an early age but left on my own path as many of us do. My passion was aimed at Leadership and Management. Over a decade later, after experiencing our own water damage and how it was managed, I knew I could do better. Actually, I knew I could do a lot better.
