SERVPRO came to my house because we had a very large area of mold due to untreated water damage from a previous owner. The guys came and treated the area and communicated to me every step of the way as to what they were doing. I was very impressed with the professionalism.
On June 15th my wife noticed some discoloration to our wall in our bathroom behind the door. We called SERVPRO which had been recommended to us by a friend and they sent Kaiser out for an estimate for us. He knew he would need to open the wall before we could see the extent of the damages but he gave me a couple different estimates for best and worse case scenario from what he could see. They had some testing done, the crew came in and removed the drywall and we found the issue and we were able to have our home treated and all put back in great shape within 3 weeks. It also didn't cost us as much as the worse case scenario said it could because he worked with us without insurance as we did not have mold coverage.
