On June 15th my wife noticed some discoloration to our wall in our bathroom behind the door. We called SERVPRO which had been recommended to us by a friend and they sent Kaiser out for an estimate for us. He knew he would need to open the wall before we could see the extent of the damages but he gave me a couple different estimates for best and worse case scenario from what he could see. They had some testing done, the crew came in and removed the drywall and we found the issue and we were able to have our home treated and all put back in great shape within 3 weeks. It also didn't cost us as much as the worse case scenario said it could because he worked with us without insurance as we did not have mold coverage.

My hot water heater issues had been going on a very long time without me knowing and SERVPRO came and made sure to take care of it and make sure it was affordable for me while still doing quality work.

I needed a good deep clean on my home, I did not want a run of the mill cleaning company, I needed someone who would be detailed and clean everything down to the walls and my fans.

SERVPRO gave me an estimate that I would say was a bit higher then others, but you get what you pay for. My home had never smelt or looked this good. I now have them coming every 6 months. Couldn't have made a better choice..
