Job Quality Control, Warehouse, Facilities  and Inventory Manager

Charles is our warehouse and inventory manager at SERVPRO of Jackson and DeKalb Counties. Born and raised in Kentucky, Charles evnetually made his way here to Scottsboro, Alabama with his wife of 35 years! Charles has more than 15 years of experience at SERVPRO has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician, Applied Microbial Remediation Technician, Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician, and is also trained in Subrogation. We are fortunate to have such a dedicated member of our team!

Tim is our Construction Manager here at SERVPRO. Tim comes with a wealth of knowledge in the construction field and is sure to work hand in hand with both our customers and their insurance company to ensure the job is done correctly, and efficiently.

Accounting and HR Administrator

Tonya serves as our Accountant and Human Resources Administrator at SERVPRO of Jackson & Dekalb counties. While she is primarily responsible for accounting and human resource duties, she wears many hats and is always willing to get things done. While being fairly new to SERVPRO, Tonya brings a wealth of financial and corporate knowledge to the organization. Tonya works within the leadership team here to ensure that the company is run efficiently.

Tracy is our Business Development Manager. Tracy came to us in 2018 as a Sale Representative. He is a native of Sand Mountain AL, and is an active member of Wills Valley Community Church in Fort Payne. Tracy shares my vision for customer service, and understands that we are only as good as our last job.

Dani has been with us since early 2021. She has quickly risen through the ranks and now serves as one of our Crew Chiefs. Her attention to detail (some may even say OCD), customer service skills, and ambition to not only improve her knowledge base, but also to help the rest of our team improve their’s, is unmatched. Rest assured that if Dani shows up to your home, you will be thrilled with the outcome. She holds numerous IICRC certifications in water, fire , and mold restoration.

When it comes to customer service, and producing over the top results, Joey is a Rock Star. Joey has been with us since 2017 and holds multiple IICRC certifications for restoring damaged homes. If he shows up at your home, be ready to smile and talk...a lot.

Job File Coordinator

Rodney Cameron is a native of Chattanooga, TN and he has climbed the ladder from production technician to Job File Coordinator. In his spare time, he loves new adventures and taking on new challenges. His passions include anything that has to do with creativity, building, cultivating the community, and better serving our customers.

Tyler has been with us since 2021.
His work ethic, desire to exceed customer expectations, and attitude have been an amazing contribution to both our customers, and our company. If you live in our Georgia territories and experience damage to you home, you can be sure Tyler will be onsite to assess your damages with a smile on his face and a can do attitude.

Choyce is one of our Production Technicians that has been with us for a while now. He is no stranger to hard work and goes out of his way to help in any way possible.

Sarah is one of our Production Technicians who is sure to put a smile on your face. Don't let her kind demeanor fool you, she can absolutely rock it out like nobody else. With Sarah on the job, you can be sure your home will be left cleaner than it ever was.

Devon is a Production Technician here at SERVPRO. Devon excels at demolition and does a great job making sure to get it done accurately and efficiently.Devon is a great employee to have around, as his joking nature is always good for a laugh.

Raegan is a Production Technician here at SERVPRO. She leads our textiles department, which handles any clothing, linens, etc when they are damaged by fire, water, or mold.

Raegan also works out in the field to help on cleaning and demo projects.

Deckar has been with us here at SERVPRO for a while now. He came to us with several years of industry experience and has a great future with us. He currently works in a Production Technician role, but will no doubt continue to move his way up the ranks as he continues to shine when it comes to taking care of our customers.

Josh has over 15 years of industry experience, each one of those with us here at SERVPRO. Josh started off as a Production Technician and now is one of our acting Crew Chiefs. His wealth of knowledge, customer service, and get it done attitude are just a few of the things that make Josh a powerhouse within our company. Josh holds WRT,ASD, and AMRT certifications from the IICRC.

Bruce is a Production Technician here at SERVPRO. Joining our team in early 2022, Bruce has taken the reigns in learning how to care of our customers and how to get the job done so that the customer can return to a sense of normalcy.

Dallas serves as one of our Crew Chiefs. His desire to take exceed our customer’s expectations along with his ability to adapt to ever changing environments has led to Dallas quickly being promoted to his current position.
