Operations Manager
Charles is our operations manager at SERVPRO®; of Jackson and DeKalb Counties. Born and raised in Kentucky, Charles eventually made his way here to Scottsboro, Alabama, with his wife of 35 years!
Charles has more than 15 years of experience at SERVPRO and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC):
- Water Removal Technician
- Applied Structural Drying Technician
- Applied Microbial Remediation Technician
- Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician
- and is also trained in Subrogation.
We are fortunate to have such a dedicated member of our team!

Tyler is our Marketing Manager at SERVPRO®; of Jackson and DeKalb Counties.
