They were quick to react to my disaster and fix the problem. I would recommend them to my friends and family. 

We had a massive water leak from the upstairs bathroom that saturated floors upstairs and leaked into a bedroom downstairs. By the time we discovered it, the ceiling in the downstairs bedroom as well as the floor, the hall floor, and the back bedroom had been water damaged. Our insurance adjuster said the first step was to get the water mitigaters to come. Although, he was not supposed to recommend anyone, he said that SERVPRO had always done a good job for them. I called SERVPRO, Anniston, and they put me on the top of the list coming out two hours later. Mark and Kim worked relentlessly pulling up and removing wet carpet and padding. They stayed until 10:00 that evening and set up blowers upstairs and downstairs. Each day for the next 6 days, Wade, the manager, would call each day, set up an appointment, come and check on, or send someone to check on the progress. Everyone that came out was very friendly, informative, professional, prompt, courteous, honest, and dependable. They communicated with the insurance adjuster. They handled everything beautifully. I was so impressed with the way they handled everything. I would give them 100 A+ for the job and highly recommend this company to anyone that needs their service.

Called SERVPRO to take care of water damage at my hotel. Chris Lamey and his team were on the scene instantly. He took care of everything including dealing with insurance adjusters. They did a great job cleaning up all the water damage and also treating inside of the walls to make sure we didn't have mold build up. I can't thank Chris and his SERVPRO team enough on how fast and efficiently they worked to get everything done.
