Atmore hosts several notable events every year. Mayfest is held the first Saturday in May. Mayfest is celebrated with different sporting events, arts, crafts, and a variety of food. Williams Station Day is held the fourth Saturday in October. Williams Station Day celebrates Atmore’s beginning as Williams Station in 1866.
