Outstanding response from Alan West and the SERVPRO team following an electrical fire at our facility in Claremont, NC inside an electrical cabinet in one of our manufacturing lines. Alan was onsite within an hour of our call, with the cleanup crew arriving shortly afterward. They spent about four hours carefully cleaning our manufacturing equipment and electrical cabinets of fire extinguisher residue. Their quick response was especially important because of the corrosive nature of the residue. Thankfully, no major electrical components were damaged. Great service. We had water damage that required the wall to be opened up and the wood flooring to be removed. Servpro came out to do the demo. They came the same day and on time. I had some water damage under the sink in my kitchen from a Problem faucet. I had the faucet replaced, But I feared there was water Under the cabinet and in the back of it, so I called Servpro to see what could be done. Jeremy and his crew came Right on time and assessed that there was water standing that we could not see, along with the very wet cabinet.
