Honesty I Didn't Expect!
We are having some issues with wet blocks in our basement. The two service professionals who came out showed me where the issues were with water drainage around our foundation, and how to fix it.
They offered to do the repairs, but were honest that I could probably do them myself.
They easily could have exaggerated the problem and charged me more than needed, but did not!
Will certainly call them again if larger issues arise!

My mother had a small leak in her kitchen. SERVPRO of Wood, Ritchie & Pleasants Counties came out and took some readings with moister meters. Turned out the floor was dry and we didn't need their services. I never felt pressured to buy any service or product. He was very professional and recommended easy solutions to help prevent any future problems. I would call them again if I needed them in a heartbeat, and will recommend to friends and family. Very honest company. So impressed.
James and his staff did a great job. Even got a mini concert from Austin. Highly recommend!!
5 Rooms, No More Issues!
We had a massive water leak from an upstairs bathroom that caused damage/ issues in 5 rooms of my home. SERVPRO was there in under 2 hours on a late Sat night to start clean up and sanitizing.
They not only took care of all the issues at my home, they helped with Insurance and adjusters , kept in regular contact with myself and my husband and they were so kind, helpful and informative. I highly recommend SERVPRO and their whole team! Thank you!!
SERVPRO came to my home immediately to begin the cleanup of my downstairs bathroom - on a Saturday night!
They were courteous and thorough and in a few hours were done with the task, leaving only fans behind for drying. I would highly recommend them to anyone with an immediate cleanup problem.
