Katelyn is a Reconstruction Administrator at SERVPRO and joined the team in June 2024, bringing a fresh perspective and dedication to our team. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from UW-Madison, which she completed in May 2024. Joining SERVPRO in October 2023, she brings her value for clients and dedication to her role as Key Account Manager.

With over 20 years of experience in roles such as Business Development, Account Executive, and Business Analyst, she has consistently demonstrated her expertise and commitment.
