Luke with SERVPRO was extremely professional and went above and beyond for us when we discovered mold in our basement. He wasn’t pushy and listened to what we needed done and didn’t pressure us into anything extra. He answered all of our questions and was there the day after we called. I would give SERVPRO 10 stars if I could! We had a dishwasher install gone wrong and our finished basement had significant water damage. I called SERVPRO and they were here the next day to dry everything out. They were extremely responsive and came every single day to check on the drying process in the kitchen and basement. They were extremely flexible with scheduling the repairs. Looking at the finished project, you’d never know we had any sort of damage at all. All of the staff is very professional and friendly. If you have water damage, they are the ones to call!!

They are simply the best mitigation / restoration company in Central Wisconsin and it isn't even close. I have dealt with every company in Central Wisconsin many times as an adjuster and nobody provides the spot on services that SERVPRO of Stevens Point, Wausau, and Marshfield does. They are a one stop shop that gets jobs done. The work on my property was great! In our area they are the only serious choice when it comes to insurance claim work.

I have never had a company treat me as well as SERVPRO. I had frozen pipes last winter and the crew went above and beyond to make my spare bedroom and laundry room look so much better than it did before the damage.
