SERVPRO of Milwaukee North was established by owners passionate about making a difference in their customers' lives. We understand the stress and worry that comes with fire or water damage and the disruption it causes. Our goal is to minimize the interruption to your home or business and quickly make it "Like it never even happened."
Brad Cowell is the owner and Chief Executive Officer. After graduating from the University of Illinois, he developed a love for construction while working for a premier private home builder for many years before his entrepreneurial nature prompted him to join the SERVPRO® brand. His credentials earned from the IICRC are many and impressive, giving him the expertise needed to lead the SERVPRO team.
The SERVPRO of Milwaukee North team has decades of experience in the construction and restoration industries and has the knowledge and expertise to tackle any project of any size. Highly skilled in property damage restoration; from initial and ongoing training at SERVPRO’s corporate training facility to regular IICRC certification, the team is equipped with the knowledge to advise on your claim and restore your property.

Dean Llanas is great to work with and is very knowledgeable. It went as smooth as possible. Very happy overall - from Ryan's quick response from Acuity to Dean & Janette's communications that kept me in the loop as to what was going to happen and when it would happen.
Kevin was the Best! He made our unfortunate water damage experience so much better. He really looks out for your best interests and went far and beyond in order to help us the most. Never a fun thing to have a fish tank explode but at least SERVPRO has the best crews to help you when you really need them. When disaster happens call these guys right away, don't even think or give consideration to another company! 5 stars.
When I had a sewage back up in my basement I was very upset. SERVPRO stepped in and from clean-up to rebuild they were excellent. I highly recommend SERVPRO. Thank you for a job well done.

At a very difficult time given the flood following our vacation the entire staff showed great sensitivity, patience and professionalism helping us with the repair of our basement.
