Pat is our Operations Manager. He loves working at SERVPRO of La Crosse, and his favorite part is helping our clients every day when he goes to work. Pat's favorite hobbies is Hotrods and loves spending time with his family. Fun Fact: Pat once had a Mohawk!
Antonio
Our Cleaning Technician is Antonio! He loves being a part of our SERVPRO family, and his favorite part of the job is jamming out to music in the back room.
Antonio's hobbies including dancing and hanging out with his kids.

Becky
Becky is the Cleaning Manager for SERVPRO of La Crosse County! Her favorite part of being on the team is the people she works with!

Kris
Kris is our General Manager! She loves the people on the team and the camaraderie.

Mitchell
Mitchell is our Estimator at SERVPRO of La Crosse County.

Don
Don is the Facility Maintenance Technician for SERVPRO of La Crosse County. He loves working with all the team members here!
During his time off, Don enjoys playing golf.

Ashley
Ashley is our Project Manager! The opportunity to make a difference in both the business and the customers is Ashley's favorite part of working at SERVPRO.
Some of Ashley's hobbies and interests include: Watching her kids in their activities, thrifting, watching movies, painting and remodeling her house.
Lance
Lance is our Senior Restoration Manager at SERVPRO of La Crosse County. Training and building a team of engaged associates to better help our clients is Lance's favorite thing about his job.
Lance's hobbies include cars, fishing, hanging out with family and golf!
Colby
Our Water Technician is Colby! Colby loves that there is something different every day to do at SERVPRO! He also loves to help property owners return there structure back to a preloss condition.
Colby's hobbies and interests include doing lawn maintenance, going to car shows and swap meets.
Kiefer
Kiefer is our Restoration Supervisor for SERVPRO of La Crosse County.
His hobbies include stand up comedy and his dogs.

Each employee I spoke to was very professional in explaining what they were doing and when they would finish for the day. SERVPRO employees worked their behinds off ripping up floors, walls and removing insulation, disinfecting and removing the septic backup from underneath the house and replacing the insulation.. I know it wasn't a pleasant task to do, but SERVPRO did a great job and in a timely manner. If I have any restoration service needs in the future, I will call SERVPRO. Thank you SERVPRO...
Lance has been a lifesaver. He and his team came out on short notice on a Friday afternoon when our washer broke and leaked everywhere. Lance was friendly, professional, and honest. He always kept our needs in mind. I have worked with very few other companies/people that I could recommend so highly. Look them up if you’re unlucky enough to have any water damage!

Since 2007, SERVPRO of La Crosse has been helping the people in our community with their fire, water, and mold cleanup. Our owners, Vince and Cathy, moved to the La Crosse area because they saw a need. Vince had worked for thirty years in the automotive industry with his father and Cathy had worked with SERVPRO of Muskegon. They moved their family on a Friday in June and received their first fire job the following Monday. They worked tirelessly with their sons to get the business up and running. Throughout all this time, though, customer satisfaction is still their top priority and the job is not complete until the customer is happy.
Our team is proud to serve the La Crosse community and the surrounding areas including Onalaska and Holmen! We prioritize helping our local community no matter the type or size of damages that occur!
