SERVPRO of Brown County
Beau Baumgartner-General Manager of Operations
Beau started with SERVPRO of Appleton in July of 2021. Today he oversees both our Appleton & Brown County operations. He came to us with a broad background in construction related work, as well as 12 years of experience with another restoration company. Beau is highly credentialed, holding IICRC certifications in not only the fire, water & mold categories, but all applicable restoration & cleaning categories, like Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning, Odor Control, Carpet Cleaning, Carpet Repair & Reinstallation, and Textile Cleaning. But most impressively, Beau is an IICRC Certified Master in all 3 categories:
Fire & Smoke Restorer
Water Restorer
Textile Cleaner
Becoming a Master requires basic certification first, then Journeyman Status and eventually Master Status; each step requiring more in terms of years of work in the field and the passing of exams. Beau has invested a lot of time & effort to be so highly credentialed.
Beau & his wife have 5 children that keep them very busy. Most of Beau’s free time is spent enjoying his family and engaging in activities with his wife and children.
Luke Snyder - Vice President
Luke started with SERVPRO at our Appleton location in June of 2013, while he was still in high school. Luke initially worked for us on a part-time basis, only working during spring, summer & winter breaks, while pursuing a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater. Upon his graduation in May of 2018, Luke began working for us full-time as a Project Manager. In April of 2022, Luke moved to our Brown County office when it came under the same ownership as SERVPRO of Appleton, where he took over as the General Manager.
Luke has completed the SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program (ECTP) for:
Water Damage Restoration
Fire Damage Restoration
In addition, Luke is IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning & Restoration Certificate) Certified in:
Water Damage Restoration
Applied Microbial (mold) Remediation
Applied Structural Drying
Luke is also OSHA 30 Hour Certified as well as Lead Certified
In his spare time Luke enjoys spending time with his family, going on long walks with his dog, and playing volleyball.
Alyssa Doubeck - Operations Manager Brown County
Alyssa joined us in April 2016. She brought with her experience as both a housekeeper and a production manager for a marketing consulting firm. Alyssa quickly showed that she was smart, hardworking and capable by filling the roles of a crew chief, project manager and office manager under prior ownership. Once Brown County came under the ownership of Team Snyder, Alyssa was able to step away from office work and excel in her role running the Brown County crews & operations.
Alyssa holds an Associates Degree, as well as a Bachelors Degree, in Criminal Justice.
Alyssa has completed the SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program (ECTP) for:

In addition, Alyssa is IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning & Restoration Certificate) Certified in:

Kim Nichols - Restoration Manager
As a Restoration Manager Kim takes the lead position within the crew. She came to us with prior experience in cleaning and building maintenance.
Kim has completed the SERVPRO Employee Certification Training Program (ECTP) for:

Fire Damage Restoration
Kim is also IICRC (Institute of Inspection Cleaning & Restoration Certificate) Certified in:

Tony Giordana - Sales & Marketing Manager
Tony graduated from St Norbert College in May of 2022 with a Bachelor's Degree in Communication & Media Studies. He joined our sales team in July 2022 while continuing to pursue his Master's Degree in Communication from Syracuse University, eventually graduating in December 2023.
In April 2024 Tony was promoted to our Sales & Marketing Manager.
In his spare time Tony enjoys golfing and fishing.
Justine Dunk - Sales & Marketing Rep
Justine joined our sales department in November of 2022. She came to us with over 15 years of sales experience in construction and design of kitchen and baths. Justine's passion for connecting with people and her knowledge of construction is a great fit for our team.
Justine married her husband in 2015 and has two stepchildren as well as two dogs (Boxers). In her spare time Justine enjoys watching her kids participate in sports and their extracurricular activities, walking her dogs, cooking and going on mini vacations.
