Update - SERVPRO contacted me and greatly adjusted the invoice after learning the facts about what equipment was used, what service were provided, and for how long. They also provided an excellent explanation as to the method and process for generating the initial estimate. I am glad they followed up. Perhaps I will use them again if needed.

We had a fire in our clinic in March of 2016 and SERVPRO was quick to respond.  The guys did the demolition quick and were so kind.  Matt has been in communication with us the entire time from day one of taking on our job.  Because they did such a great job with the demo, we hired them to do the remodel as well.  They are getting the place up and ready as quick as they possibly can and of course staying in contact the whole time.  It's been a difficult time but dealing with the same guys from day one has made it much better!  If we've had any concerns we have felt comfortable enough to bring it to Matt or Brent's attention and they get right on it to fix it.  Would definitely recommend these guys!!!

Jakob came out for the walkthrough and left me feeling very comfortable with the process. Shout out to Carmen, Icela, Humberto, Manuel, Daniela and Eliza. They went way beyond what I was expecting to make sure the toxins from the kitchen fire are gone. Carmen also let me know they could help more once construction starts that I wouldn’t have thought of. Would totally recommend them.

SERVPRO moved my stuff after my last apartment caught fire. They were quick to get the move scheduled. Luke Smith and his team did a great job of getting my stuff moved over to the new place. Nothing was broken or left behind. Easiest move ever.
