Roberto paid particular attention to our home by covering everything and placing paper on the floors. All work areas were kept very clean and all debris taken away. I thought it was great that Roberto took the time with his crew to make sure they knew what was expected and he would also take the time to educate them not just give instructions. Overall, our experience with SERVPRO of Puyallup was stellar and we would highly recommend Lucas, Roberto and their crew to help with anyone put in a crisis situation with water damage.
Joel and his crew came in and were a true pleasure to work with. Joel was extremely kind, professional and knowledgeable. He is a true asset to his team. He was kind to my guests and easy to work with, and I would definitely ask for him specifically if possible.
