We called and SERVPRO came out the same day, peeled back and removed the wet and damaged carpet, moved our personal items out of the affected area and set up drying and air circulating machines to attack the problem area. SERVPRO professionals came out to our house every day to inspect the drying process. We highly recommend this company for any mitigation project you might have. We think they are FANTASTIC!
