We had water damage due to a faulty water spigot. I called SERVPRO and they came out almost immediately, even though there was a foot of snow on the ground and the roads were icy. Joe Edwards and his helpers got to work right away. Joe was very professional and let me know what to expect from the work that they would be doing as well as what my insurance company might be expecting as well. Joe was a great worker and kept me apprised of everything they were doing and what they planned to do and even made recommendations on how to avoid mishaps like this in the future. When SERVPRO came out, they were able to accurately detect moisture in many different areas of my home. He said he would be able to come back when the roofers were done doing the work to try get some more accurate readings. He sent me a very detailed report of his findings
