Shawn Zwick is the CEO and owner of the SERVPRO of Burlington/Middlebury. He lives here in Winooski, Vermont. He has been in the cleaning industry for over 12 years and brings a wealth of experience running a successful business. Shawn has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Remediation Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician, Fire and Smoke Remediation Technician and Applied Microbial Remediation Technician. Shawn is also certified in Subrogation. In his free time Shawn is usually spending time with his family.
Jordan Francis
Jordan is the Operations Manager at SERVPRO of Burlington/Middlebury. He has approximately 12 years experience in the industry and has the following certifications form the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Remediation Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician, Applied Microbial Remediation Technician, Stone, Masonry and Ceramic Tile Cleaning Technician, Trauma Scene Clean Up and Carpet Cleaning Technician. Jordan spends his free time camping, fishing and spending time with his family.
Chris Rylant
Chris is our production manager here at SERVPRO of Burlington/Middlebury. He has 8 years experience in the industry and has Fire and Smoke Restoration, Upholstery and Fabric Cleaning and Water Remediation Technician Certifications from the IICRC. In his free time he enjoys mountain biking, cliff jumping and R/C Car racing.
Taylor Radke
Taylor Radke is the Sales & Marketing Representative at SERVPRO of Burlington/Middlebury. She comes from a sales background and prides herself on her ability to cultivate and nurture strong interpersonal relationships with clients. Being a standup comedian, she believes levity can be a strong form of medicine when dealing with potentially disastrous circumstances and will do anything in her power to ensure a positive working experience with our SERVPRO team. In her free time, she enjoys snowboarding, skateboarding, yoga, and wrestling with her pup, Kobe.

My Centennial building was in need of terrible repair after a sprinkler system in the ceiling had ruptured. Another mitigation company came out to dry it, but mold developed. SERVPRO came in and saved the project, and likely this historic structure.
