Martin is one of our up-and-coming Crew Chiefs! Having graduated from Robert E. Lee High School, he has been working and flourishing at SERVPRO for a year and a half now. Martin is especially grateful for the opportunity to help people in their time of need. When he’s not at work, you can find him playing soccer or modding his Honda Civic Si.

Alexis is our fantastic Construction Superintendent! She graduated from The University of Mary Washington in 2019 with a BS in Business Administration and a minor in Business Spanish. While at UMW, she played soccer at a highly competitive level, where she honed her cooperative spirit and perseverance. When she’s not at work helping our construction process run smoothly, she still enjoys playing soccer in the local adult league and cooking for family and friends.

Araceli is our newest Construction Coordinator here at Team Warnecki! She has been a part of the SERVPRO family for almost 2 months now and her favorite part of the job is getting to work with her team and getting to help create a positive outcome after a loss. Before joining the SERVPRO family, she worked at a restaurant as their manager and eventually became the hiring manager. On her free time, she enjoys being with her family, friends, and traveling to new places.

Born and raised in the DC Metro Area, Jose is our awesome Marketing Support Coordinator! He graduated from Gonzaga College High School in the district and received his Associates Degree in Business Administration from NVCC in Alexandria. He has five plus years of experience in customer service and one in data management under his belt. When he is not helping our team reach our full potential, he enjoys relaxing with friends, reading comics, and playing his Nintendo Switch.

Alex is one of our super talented Production Managers! With almost four years of work with us, Alex has proven his dedication by completing his IICRC water and fire certifications. He also recently completed his Xactimate Level 1 certification. When he is not supporting our clients and meeting their restoration needs, you can find him either enjoying long rides on his motorcycle or relaxing in front of his gaming PC.

Carlos is one of our fantastic Crew Chiefs! With over 8 years of mitigation experience, more than 2 of which working with SERVPRO, Carlos leads other technicians in the field, providing the less familiar with his wealth of knowledge. When not running a job, Carlos enjoys running the track and spending time with his son. We are lucky to have him on our team!

Patricia is one of our newest Production Technicians! Originally from El Salvador, she moved to Maryland in 2013 and fell in love with the United States. She has been working at SERVPRO since January of this year and really enjoys her work because she gets to help people. Patricia is a quick learner, learning new things every day. She loves working with our team because “everyone is so nice and helpful.” On her free time, she loves going to the gym and spending time with her two daughters and her mom.

Randy is our amazing Accounting Manager here at SERVPRO Team Warnecki! He has been working at SERVPRO for eleven years and likes the diversity of services the company is able to provide. He has sixteen years of financial accounting and taxation experience. He also worked for five years at a plumbing company and has five years of specialty sales. On his free time you can catch him playing music on the piano and the guitar. He also likes to spend his free time reading and writing and boxing.

Dan is one of our fantastic Sales and Marketing Representatives. With over 20 years of sales experience, 6 of which with SERVPRO, his expertise continues to help us expand our service to those in need. In fact, at the end of the day, that is Dan’s favorite part of the job, being able to help home and commercial property owners get back to normal after a disaster. A Penn State graduate, Dan enjoys playing recreational ice hockey, and taking his daughters to their soccer and lacrosse games in his free time.

Kendra is one of our newest Job File Coordinators! With over 14 years of experience in the customer service and administrative field, she has been an exceptional addition to our team. Born and raised in Northern Virginia, she attended NVCC in Alexandria, and really appreciates the diversity of cultures in our area. Kendra is also the mother to four wonderful children whom she adores. When she is not providing our customers outstanding service, Kendra enjoys sharpening her cooking skills and spending time with her family.

Francisco is our amazing Senior Production Manager! He has over four years of experience and holds three main certifications including Applied Structural Drying Technician, Water Removal Technician, and Carpet Cleaning Technician. He also has experience as a heavy Equipment Operator at the union local 77. In his free time, Francisco enjoys taking his two daughters to the park along with his dog Rocky. He's constantly striving do the right thing and work hard in order to provide the absolute best for his family.

Jen is our amazing Billing Coordinator! She understands the stress and worry that a water/fire loss creates. Her customer centric focus and ability to listen allows her to dispatch the necessary team to your loss in a timely manner while remaining empathetic to your needs. Jen is also responsible for processing payment and account receivables. In her free time, Jen enjoys traveling and discovering different cuisine.
