Kaitlyn Murphy
Kaitlyn Murphy is the Content Division Manager and our office Admin Assistant at SERVPRO of Louisa, Orange & Madison. Kaitlyn has over 3 years experience with SERVPRO and is IICRC water certified. Kaitlyn specializes in content recovery and documenting non salvageable contents for our clients and the insurance companies.
Chris Smith
Chris Smith is our new water technician. Chris comes to SERVPRO with 7 years of retail management experience and customer service. He will go through the IICRC certifications classes. He has completed the SERVPRO hero ready training program.
Matt Ray
Matt Ray is a production technician who is the next in line to become a crew chief. Matt has been with us for a year and is IICRC Water Certified. Matt had no industry experience when he was hired but he has quickly learned his role as a production technician and will make a great crew chief.
Andy Peterson
Andy Peterson is our Project Manager as well as a marketing Representative. Andy has almost six years of experience as a State Farm Adjuster. Andy has excellent estimating and Xactimate skills and is a valuable addition to our SERVPRO team.
