Just a month after our warehouse experienced a water damage, we had an electrical fire in the same space. It felt like some kind of weird irony that a fire and water restoration company would experience both disasters so close together, but our team took this adversity in stride. We forwarded our phones off-site so that our office staff could continue to service our customers, and our team took on a double load, restoring our warehouse as well as keeping up with the regularly scheduled customers. With multiple vehicles and the majority of our equipment in the warehouse when the fire occurred, we were low on materials as well as short-handed. But this experience only helped our team grow stronger and more able to help others going through the same struggle that our team experienced.

SERVPRO of Charlottesville has been serving the Albemarle County area since 2000. As of June 2020, we are under the new ownership of Jackson Lindsay, who is integrating his extensive business background with his desire to serve the community in order to grow SERVPRO of Charlottesville to new heights.
