Samantha is the office manager here at SERVPRO. She is certified as an IICRC water technician. She has over 15 years of customer service and management experience. She handles customer relations, scheduling, crew operations, insurance estimating and all general office duties. She strives to provide excellent customer service and will always go above and beyond to make any job process as smooth and worry free as possible
