Justin Kiser
Justin Kiser is our Lead Production Manager. He has a lot of experience in fire and water damage restoration and is happy to help you through any situation. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to him directly.
Josh Kiser
Josh is a great example to the rest of our team on how to work hard. He is usually the first to show up and last to leave. He loves cleaning up water damaged homes because he knows he's helping people in their time of need.

My experience with SERVPRO has been 100% positive. I experience a leak from an upstairs toilet which caused significant damage to the room below. Josh and Andy were able to come out almost immediately to start clean-up and water damage mitigation. They placed fans both upstairs in the bathroom and downstairs in the affected room. Josh explained to me the whole process thoroughly so I understood what to expect. He then came by everyday for 5 days to check the moisture levels and adjust the fans as needed. He was always on time and was able to work around my schedule. He was also extremely informed, kind, and courteous. I’m glad my insurance company recommended these guys, and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

We had some water damage from an exterior faucet leak through our walls and into our lower guest bedroom. I called after hours on a Friday and Justin was the first to respond. He was AWESOME! He offered to come over right away but did some troubleshooting and made some recommendations over the phone. Since we have not had water damage before, he really put our minds at ease and got us the resolution we needed.
Nutshell: very trustworthy, honest, does what's best for the customer!
