Bryan and his team rushed to help just a couple days before Christmas when we needed SERVPRO's services. Everyone else was on vacation or out of town. It was such a relief knowing someone could attend to our needs even when everyone else was out on holiday. Our lower level was contaminated with smoke after a pan caught on fire in our home. SERVPRO was able to get the horrible smell out. They even checked up stairs to make sure it was OK too.

I used SERVPRO West to remove the smoke smell and residue from inside a vehicle that was part of a house fire. The vehicle was in the garage when the house burned down and it smelled like a camp fire in there. They picked the vehicle up and 3 days later had it back to us and smelling like a new car inside.
