Melissa Burkett
Owner
Melissa, along with her husband, Terry, have owned SERVPRO of Texarkana since 2008. Melissa is very motivated and strives to offer Texarkana and the rest of the ARK-LA-TEX the best restoration services available. In pursuit of this goal, Melissa has obtained her Master Water Restorer Certification from the IICRC along with Commercial Drying Specialist, Applied Microbial Remediation Technician, and Fire & Smoke Remediation Technician Certifications. Further, she is an ABRA Certified Trauma & Crime Scene Bio Remediation Technician, is EPA RRP Certified and has obtained her Mold License from the State of Texas.
Sherri Keement
General Manager
Sherri Keement is the General Manager at SERVPRO of Texarkana. She has been with us since 2016. Her many years of management experience has helped her to build her SERVPRO team into a cohesive unit that puts customer service as a top priority. Sherri enjoys going to Carova beach and spending time with her friends and family. She is married with 3 boys and is originally from Knotts Island in North Carolina.
Victoria Johnson
Project Manager
Victoria has been with SERVPRO of Texarkana since 2018. During her time with the company, she has earned an IICRC certification in Water, Fire and Trauma Restoration. Victoria is from the small-town Avery, TX. Victoria’s favorite thing about SERVPRO of Texarkana is the potentiality to help individuals during their time of need. A fun fact about Victoria is that she is among the world’s 10 percent of left-handed people. When Victoria is not in the office, you can find her traveling the world and attending concerts.
Chris Jennings
Marketing Representative
Chris, our Marketer, has been with SERVPRO of Texarkana since 2014. During his time with the company, he has found certifications in Water and Fire restoration. Chris’ favorite thing about SERVPRO of Texarkana is the family atmosphere and the helping hand he is able to lend to the community during their time of need. A fun fact about Chris is that he loves cooking and has brought our company several trophies whilst participating in various Chili Cook-Offs in the area. When Chris is not on the road marketing our company for the greater good, you can find him hunting, fishing or watching baseball with his wife and three sons.
Cecilia Fitzpatrick
Marketing Representative
Cecilia has been with SERVPRO of Texarkana since 2021. During her time with the company, she has acquired an IICRC certification in Water and Fire Restoration. Cecilia is from a small town just west of Texarkana. Cecilia’s favorite thing about SERVPRO of Texarkana is the opportunity to assist those throughout the community through their troubled times. In Cecilia’s free time you can find her tuned into an episode of Law & Order or reading a book.
Ryan Hampton
Production Manager
Ryan has been with SERVPRO of Texarkana since 2010. He is highly experienced and trained in property damage restoration. From initial and ongoing training at SERVPRO’s corporate training facility to regular IICRC-industry certification, rest assured our staff is equipped with the knowledge to restore your property. With a nationwide system of qualified franchises, no damage is too large or too small for SERVPRO of Texarkana. Ryan has attained the following certifications from the IICRC: Applied Structural Drying, Carpet Cleaning, Commercial Drying Specialist, Fire & Smoke Restoration and Water Damage Restoration. Ryan is from right here in Texarkana and he is married. He has 2 sons and 2 daughters.
DeCorey King
Production Manager
DeCorey has been with us for 3 years. He is llCRC certified in Water Damage Restoration. During DeCorey's free time he enjoys riding around the city. He has one daughter and is originally from Amarillo. He is a great asset to our team here at SERVPRO in Texarkana.
Ashli Bishop
Accounting Manager
Ashli Bishop is the Accounting Manager at SERVPRO of Texarkana, she has been with us since 2018. During her free time she enjoys reading, traveling, cleaning house and spending time with her family. She is originally from Northeast Texas. Ashli's education, organizational skills and experience make her a valued addition to our SERVPRO team.
Adrienne Graves
Administrative Assistant
Adrienne has been with SERVPRO of Texarkana since 2023. During her short but successful time with the company, she has found an IICRC Certification in Water Restoration. Adrienne’s favorite thing about SERVPRO of Texarkana is how family-oriented it is. Adrienne is from right here in Texarkana, making her knowledge of the community one of the many admirable things she offers to our company. In addition, she brings a great energy to the office. She enjoys and accomplishes every task handed to her with pride and professionalism. When Adrienne is not at the office, you can find her spending time with her children or putting her degree in cosmetology to work!
James Hodges
Project Manager
James has many years of experience and expertise in the construction and restoration industries. His desire to perform reconstruction services at the highest level of quality and professionalism makes him an invaluable member of our SERVPRO Reconstruction Team.
From initial and on-going training at SERVPRO’s corporate training facility to regular IICRC-industry certification, you can rest assured that James is equipped with the knowledge to restore your property and get you back into your home or business as quickly as possible.

Gloria has been working with us for over two years. She is from Mexico and lives in Hope, Arkansas. She is a Production Technician. During her spare time she enjoys reading books, singing and she prays daily for the needs of people and helping them and enjoying the nature of God. She is a great asset to our SERVPRO family!
Jose Aguilera
Production Technician
Jose is a Production Technician here at SERVPRO and has been with us for over two years. He is from Mexico and lives in Hope, Arkansas. Jose is a very hard worker and we are lucky to have him as a part of our family here. During his free time he likes to read the Bible. He also prays each morning for the needs of this world and for his family and SERVPRO family!
