Koby Rawlins- Sales representative
Koby Rawlins, born and raised in Lubbock, has been with SERVPRO of South & Southwest Lubbock for five years now. He started at SERVPRO as a technician and worked every position until he worked his way up to a sales representative. Rawlins is the middle child of three boys and graduated from Frenship High School. He is a huge fan of the Texas Tech Red Raiders and Dallas Cowboys. Wreck 'em!
Lucas-Production Manager-General Cleaning Division
Lucas is a Production Manager in our General Cleaning division. He has over 25 years in the cleaning and restoration industry. He has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration, and Mold Remediation.
Lucas has been married for 20 years and they have 1 son. Lucas is a die hard Kansas City Chiefs fan. Go Chiefs!
Lady-CEO of Ear Scratches & Belly Rubs
Lady is one of our 4 legged employees. She is in charge of keeping Shep in line, searching for treats, begging for ear scratches & wishing the UPS driver a good day.
Shep-Manager of First Impressions
Shep is our official greeter, tennis ball chaser, resident treat finder and also in charge of waiting by the door in case anyone wants to come in to say hello.
