With a hectic Saturday already underway the last thing I wanted to deal with was a water issue.  I called SERVPRO to come look at our water damage and could not have been more happy.  Gabriel and Eddie came out within an hour of calling.  They were extremely thorough in their evaluation of the damage and took way more time than I expected to explain the entire process with me.

I recently had a pipe failure in my vacant house in Austin TX.
The house was flooded and I had SERVPRO of Pflugerville dispatched for immediate response on a Sunday.  a crew showed up in my absence and began to mitigate the property.  These guys worked on the house as if it was their own. As an absentee owner the risk of theft to property was high, but I was able to rely on SERVPRO's integrity to keep the property intact, safe and clean.  The crew removed all damaged elements in the house including complete removal and disposal of the kitchen cabinets, baseboards, and limited levels of sheet rock which showed water damage.  Never did I intervene to instruct them.  They handled the whole process in my absence.  on the final day when the  house was declared dry, I was there to meet the crew and owners who knew I was in town.  The insurance adjuster arrived 30 minutes later where we continued to assess the damage in a house totally remediated by SERVPRO.
I highly recommend that anyone who finds the need for support in this area, that they contact this group.

We had a disaster a few days before Christmas and family coming from out of town dinner was to be at our home.  The water heater was leaking and water was in the closet for the water heater out closet in the utility room our pantry and dining room SERVPRO to the rescue flooring had to be removed,sheet rock and doors Angel,Jon,Chris and Gabriel and JD took care of everything they packed all the dishes from my China closet. Angel told me to sit back and relax they were going to handle it all and they did. These gentlemen were so kind and caring Angel kept telling me it would be ok he came every day to check on the drying and gave us updates. These guys were so professional I would recommend SERVPRO to anyone who ever has water issues they are the best

Gabriel and Angel did a fabulous job!    Our water softener leaked and flooded our garage.   They came in and cleaned up the garage, took away the items that needed disposal and dried it all out.  A friend recommended them and I'd definitely use them again!

Compared to what others who posted here seem to have endured, our problem was relatively minor.  But, we didn't know that until Kyle with SERVPRO took the time to come out and investigate.  We were concerned that we had a mold or mildew issue in one kitchen cabinet.   Kyle spent about an hour coaching us on what to look for, and even took the time to drill a small inspection hole in the cabinet base so he could look underneath for any sign of past or present moisture.  He also gave us sound advice on cutting one or two more small openings, which we did just to be sure.  Everything was clean and dry!

Had Kyle not been up-front and honest, he certainly could have led us in another direction by recommending extensive remedial measures to rectify the situation, and we would probably have not known any better.  He refused any payment for his time and expertise.  So even though SERVPRO did not benefit financially, it is our hope that this review encourages others to trust this business should the need for this type of service arise.  We certainly will.

SERVPRO of Pflugerville helped us after both Halloween floods in 2013 and 2015. Both times I cannot express what an amazing support they were. When you are in a situation like that and in shock, having a calm, caring and knowledgeable team like theirs was invaluable. The team lead and employees took charge of the situation and assured us all the way through. They took care of everything - not just remediation but took pictures of everything for us for insurance purposes - every single item. One of the employees told me that they are taught to treat everything as if it is your grandmother’s home - with respect and care. I can’t imagine going through this experience without them. I would highly recommend them in any unfortunate situation where your home is damaged. They are amazing and truly like family.
