I called SERVPRO, amongst multiple other mitigation companies, after Texas froze over.  I expected to be put on a waiting list, which I was, but SERVPRO was the quickest to respond.  They were never rude or lazy while they were working, in fact, they were quite the opposite.  I was very pleased with their work and would definitely use them again if history were to repeat itself.

My family had standing water in our home due to the hot water heater busting. SERVPRO removed the water and dried my house to perfection. The customer service was top notch as well.

Very informative and honest!

When my pipes busted due to the freeze I called every single cleaning and restoration company within a 100 mile radius.  None of the companies were able to respond immediately because, of course, there were hundreds of other people in my exact position.  Out of everyone that I called, SERVPRO was by far the best at keeping me updated on where I stand on the waiting list, and continuing to remind me that I hadn't been forgotten.  They also worked quickly and thoroughly when they finally were able to make it out to my house.  Overall, they were extremely polite and did good work especially considering the amount of stress they were probably under.  Would definitely recommend.

Mike did a wonderful job documenting the damage in our home and providing a game plan go with it.  The whole mitigation process was executed very well.  Overall, I was pleased with the team and the work they did.

The late December cold snap left us an unwanted Christmas present at our lake house: a burst pipe above our laundry room. The resulting flood was not noticed until 2 days later and the entire downstairs was completely ruined. We called SERVPRO on Monday when we arrived to see what had happened. They had someone on-site that evening and equipment started rolling in the next day. Throughout the demolition and recovery, the entire team kept us informed and consoled about what was happening. They were on site at all hours for whatever was needed. Their prompt action mitigated the damage that had already occurred, and prevented further damage. Every person was courteous, friendly, and helpful. I can’t recommend SERVPRO highly enough. They made a horrible situation better.
