Julie is originally from Midlothian, Texas. She spends her after-work hours as a volunteer for Veteran of Foreign War (VFW) programs, and the weekends are all about attending her daughters’ sports games. When she can sneak away, she also loves to hunt and salt water fish.

“I have a great team that I love working beside every day to help all the families that are in need of our services,” Julie says about working with SERVPRO. “It is very sad watching the families we meet lose almost everything they own and cherish. Anything we can do to help ease the situation for the customer is very important to me. I love hearing about our teams being so helpful during these very long, upsetting events that happen to our customers.”

Mrs. Goguen’s been a part of our franchise since 2012. Her past work experience includes accounting and bar management.

Julie’s certifications include IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT), IICRC Applied Structural Drying (ASD), and EPA Lead Renovator.

Chuck Hutchins is a born and raised Texan. When Chuck’s not at work, he can be found working as part of the media team for The Church as Rusk Creek and practicing photography.

“I always tell our customers that we are like doctors. You don't want to have to see us, but we are there when you need us,” Chuck says. “The most rewarding time I’ve had was when two ladies were stuck in a lease in an apartment with mold growing in the duct system. They reached out to us to scope it. We were able to help them get in touch with a mold consultant in an effort to get them out of their lease. They both had health issues and needed to get out of that situation.”

Mr. Hutchins has worked for SERVPRO for over 20 years. Before joining us, Chuck was the Operations Manager for USA Radio Network for 13 years.

Chuck’s certifications include IICRC Water Restoration Technician, IICRC Applying Structural Drying, IICRC Commercial Drying Specialist, OSHA 10 Safety Certification, and is a State Certified Continuing Education Instructor for Mitigation.

Jessica is originally from Irving, Texas. She has been a part of our team since 2017. When she’s not at work, she is enjoying her time with her family and volunteering for the VFW.

“We turn a bad experience into a livable experience. I like talking with lots of different people, and sometimes even meeting them. It’s important for me to do this work because I have been through a major water damage experience after a huge storm. I know how devastating the experience is and losing things. I like to help people get through the tough times.

“The most impactful experience for me was when we had a large loss at a pair of residential towers in Dallas. It was under construction and families were set to move in less than a month, but we mitigated the water damage quickly. Seeing all the families move in on time was very rewarding.”

Before joining us, Jessica worked in the hospitality and food-service industry.

Jessica is IICRC Water Restoration Technician Certified, SERVPRO Hero-Ready Certified, and Trauma and Crime Scene Cleanup and Documentation Certified.
