Jared Richards
Jared Richards is the Owner / Production Manager at SERVPRO of North Central San Antonio. He has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration Technician, Applied Structural Drying, and has over 14 years of industry experience.
Jacob Zertuche
Jacob Zertuche is the general manager for SERVPRO North Central San Antonio. Jacob has been in the industry for 15 years receiving numerous certifications. Jacob is highly experienced in water mitigation and natural disaster services. He goes above and beyond to make sure the job is done right and to the customers satisfaction. Making every job "Like it never even happened".
Garret Cooke and Jalen Zertuche
These are our production managers for SERVPRO of North Central San Antonio. Garrett Cooke (Left) came to us from Virginia, he attended Texas A&M College Station. He has 4 years working in the industry, he has an extensive background in and around construction. When it comes to jobs Garrett can handle any disaster big or small.
Jalen Zertuche (Right) has been in the industry for 8 years. He started off as part of the production team, where he learned the tricks and trades of the industry. Now making his way up in production he has extensive knowledge about the ins and outs of the job. You can count on Jalen to be ready 24/7.
Production Team
Our production team is the backbone of every job here at SERVPRO. With extensive training our team is always prepared and ready to make any job "Like it never even happened". Whether it is day or night they are always ready and Faster to any disaster™.
Derek Guevara
The head of our Reconstruction team is Derek Guevara, he has many years of experience. Once our mitigation team goes in and does the drying portion, Derek is the next one to go in. He will go and asses what needs to be done and get your residential or commercial property looking like "It never even happened".
Office Staff
Amanda and Amber are part of our wonderful office staff. These two ladies know the ins and out of jobs. They will go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied and is assisted every step of the way. They work with your insurance to insure a smooth process from start to finish.

Camille and Frank are part of our Business Development Team. These two have years of knowledge about SERVPRO, what we do and out core values.
