All the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about working with the insurance and what was needed to correct the damages. The leak seemed to have been a long term leak causing mold to grow. We were very happy with the services and all the employees that help make our house a home again. I would definitely recommend this location.
We had our fridge line leak in our kitchen and the crew that came out was great! SERVPRO was there to answer all of our questions and made us feel better. We had good daily calls about our appointment times and they were able to answer our questions. Everyone was very accommodating and I would highly recommend them!
Our sink in the kitchen over flowed onto the carpet and floor. I know that SERVPRO is a good company so I started searching online. We found the Medina County people to be the most friendliest. They were here in an hour and got all the water off the floor. Great job you guys!!
