Meet the women of SERVPRO! They are in charge of keeping the warehouse top notch, and are certified to go out to the field.
Each of them are all IICRC in different areas like ODOR CONTROL, MOLD, WATER DAMAGES & or Fire and Smoke Restoration
They are outstanding Warehouse/Production staff and we hope to have them in our SERVPRO family for many years to come!

This group of men have been a part of our team for over 6 years and counting now. These gentlemen are in charge of production, and their responsibilities is to make sure every job is running smoothly, and up to industry standards! They have the following certifications

(IICRC): Water Damage Restoration, Fire & Smoke Restoration, Odor Control, Trauma & Crime scene

Meet the repairs department! They are in charge of stepping in when repairs are needed or requested by the insurance.
Both of them are certified in IICRC in different areas like ODOR CONTROL, MOLD, WATER DAMAGES & or Fire and Smoke Restoration as well!
They are an outstanding team and we hope to have them in our SERVPRO family for many years to come!

This powerful trio is in charge of creating our estimates for our clients! They delegate with adjusters and work together to provide all our clients a quick and efficient job.

They’re the estimators of SERVPRO of McAllen and were proud to have them on our team!

Jose Amaya is a Production Manager at SERVPRO of McAllen. He has over 13 years of experience. Jose Angel has extensive storm experience and will be working on additional certifications this year.

When asking him what he liked the most about working for SERVPRO he stated, “the best part is to be able to help people when they need it the most. It can be devastating after any home damages and I like that when we're done with the job the clients are all left shocked by the great work we do in restoration”

Jonathon has been working for SERVPRO of McAllen for 4 years and counting! He started off as a Production technician and was promoted back in 2022 to be a part of the Estimators Department!

Jonathon is Certified in the following:

James Springob is a Production Manager at SERVPRO of McAllen. He has about 4 years of experience. James (aka Jim) used to cover our social marketing section for quite some time and now he’s out in the fields managing technicians and their crews. Jose Angel has extensive storm experience and will be working on additional certifications this year. When asking him what he liked the most about working for SERVPRO he stated, “I like helping people and having them feel someone is there to resolve the problem.”

Araceli is a great employee and has been working for SERVPRO of McAllen for about 4 years and counting! She goes out to the homes in the event of a pack out/in or cleanings. When asking Araceli, what she liked the most about working for SERVPRO she stated, “I love that all the coworkers here are like a big family and we meet different people when going out to homes.”

Alma has been working for SERVPRO of McAllen for 2 years and counting! She is a water technician, meaning she takes out crews to the jobs. When asking alma what she liked the most about working for SERVPRO she stated, “EVERYTHING! I love staying busy and having responsibilities. I get to engage 1x1 with customers during jobs. I love focusing on small details, and this job provides room for that!”

Juanita is the warehouse clerk at SERVPRO of McAllen. She has now been a part of the team for over a year now and her workmanship is a great asset to the company! Juanita not only keeps things tip top in the warehouse, but she also helps assist in the job field when needed!

Meet one of our Repairs Admin coordinators, Liz!

Liz works hand in hand with Luis and David when it comes to the repairs process! She makes sure everything is in order at the office so the guys can have a flawless job process.

Monica works hand in hand with Liz David and Luis to provide exemplary repairs services!

Monica makes sure to call and handle all things necessary with insurance! She says she loves working for SERVPRO, for all the things shes learned, and is eager to climb the ladder here with us!

Meet our job file coordinator, Stephanie! She handles the scheduling, dispatching of technicians, receiving daily updates on job progress, and communicates and keeps customers on the loop as far as job progress and concerns. Stephanie has excelled so much over the years and continues to do so by showing her dedication to the company and customers everyday.

Arthur has been a great addition to our estimators department since the day he first joined the company. Arthur now has over 3 years of experience working in the department and continues to excel daily! His excellent attention to detail is a great asset to the company!

Omar is one of our production technicians here at SERVPRO of McAllen. He first started as a helper, and has now moved on to become a certified Water technician! He looks forward to now receiving his Fire & Smoke certification so he can be able to assist our teams with Fire jobs.

Rolando has over 4 years of experience here at SERVPRO of McAllen.

Rolando has extensive storm experience and will be working on additional certifications this year. When asking him what he liked the most about working for SERVPRO he stated, “the best part is to be able to help people when they need it the most. The before and after's we see in homes and businesses after we leave are probably my favorite part"

Tomas has been a part of the family for a few years now. Although he is currently certified in water, he hopes to expand his list of certifications and skills in other areas of the Cleaning and Restoration industry. Tomas has the following certifications:
