Britt is our Rebuild and Construction Specialist with over 40 years’ experience in construction management. He is an East Texas native growing up in Nacogdoches and Lufkin. He has been married for over 30 years and is a brand new Grandpa!

Olivia is our Estimator and Insurance Specialist, working directly with the production team and insurance adjustors. Olivia has the following certification as an (IICRC) Institute Cleaning and Restoration Certification Water Restoration Technician and has been with SERVPRO for over four years.
Patrick Castillo
Patrick is the Sales Marketing Manager and has a Bachelor of Science from Stephen F Austin. Patrick's Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) Certifications include: Certified Water Restoration Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician & OSHA 10. Patrick has traveled with our Disaster Recovery Team across the country, helping customers who have been through hurricanes and floods. Patrick's storm experience include: Long Island-NY, Boulder-CO, Cleveland-OH, Chicago-IL, Atlanta-GA, Nashville-TN, Phoenix-AZ, Birmingham-AL, Annapolis-MD, DC, Richmond-VA and Austin-TX. Patrick is a SERVPRO Certified Continuing Education Instructor, Board Member for the Pineywoods Apartment Association, the Chamber of Commerce Leadership Lufkin Alumni, The Nacogdoches Chamber of Commerce, The Helping House and has also been recognized by SERVPRO Corporate with a WOW Award for Customer Service.
