Doris is one of our Warehouse Technicians; she has been with SERVPRO of Mesquite & SERVPRO of Kaufman County/Cedar Creek since 2016. Doris spends most of her time here at our office in the warehouse cleaning personal items and keeping our equipment organized. With over 15 years of experience in customer service, she knows how to leave a smile on our customers faces.

J.T is one of our Crew Chiefs; he has been with SERVPRO Of Mesquite and SERVPRO Of Kaufman County/ Cedar Creek since 2004. J.T is a great team player and with over a decade of experience in the restoration industry, he has the knowledge to make a disaster "Like It Never Even Happened." J.T also has certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage, Fire & Smoke Restoration.

Aaron J.
Aaron is a Sales Representative here at SERVPRO of Mesquite & SERVPRO of Kaufman County/ Cedar Creek and has been with the company since 2016. Aaron has been in the restoration industry for over 10 years and has many years of customer service experience as well as experience in the commercial insurance industry. He has following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician and Applied Structural Drying Technician. Aaron also has is Property and Casualty license for the State of Texas.

I recently used your company for water and mold remediation from my residence. The process took some time as expected, air samples were taken and an analysis was made. I realize SERVPRO had no say in the time it took for the hygienist to complete their portion of the process. In regards to SERVPRO of Mesquite, the supervisor was quick in responding to calls and had the crews on site when promised. The work performed was done quickly and there was no mess left over for me or my wife to clean.
Absolutely impressed with this company right here. They were very professional from the very initial call and really helped me out during this tough process. I am very happy I called this SERVPRO and have absolutely no complaints. Keep up the good work!

Honestly I wouldn't have even known where to start. They were able to answer all of my questions and help me through every thing from insurance to repair and restoring my home to better than new. The technician took the time to evaluate the areas of concern and quickly ascertain what the problem was (which was not what we anticipated the problem to be). He quickly and professionally re mediated the issue saving me time and money. Thank you SERVPRO!!
Additionally, as a weekender he mentioned our coming freeze and volunteered to turn our faucets on to avoid a freeze. Great customer service!
