The most dreaded thing happened when the washing machine hose that ran into the wall came off and flooded the washroom and kitchen floors in our Hurst Rental home. The crew not only did their job well, but they were compassionate and kind to me at a time when I needed to talk and feel supported. A bad storm damged our roof and caused water to leak into our garage. SERVPRO removed the water and had it dry within 2 days. Great service, quick turnaround time.
