Bryttny Casas
Bryttny is a office administrators, her responsibility is to call/talk with our clients, gathering information and communicating that information back to our production team and office team, this ensures communication is constant within our teams to ensure a higher level of quality for the finished product.
Carlos Martinez
Carlos is one of our Water/fire restoration and pack out technicians, he will be the first on site along with our crew chief, experienced in the art of planned demolition, Carlos ensures proper site preparation before any material is removed.
Jacqueline Junco
Jacki is our Lead office Administrator Here at SERVPRO of Houston Heights, SERVPRO of Kingwood/ Humble. Jacki is responsible for coordinating our technician crews to be able to respond to any claim faster and maintain the communication line between in house staff and our clients.
Ruth Reyes
Ruth Reyes is our office Manager, she is responsible for communicating with our office admin team to ensure quality control and proper communication with all parties involved, from the insurance adjuster to the sub-contractors, she ensures everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

We returned from travel to find water dripping from our kitchen ceiling, and overflowing sinks in our upstairs bathroom, caused by a plugged AC condensate drain. SERVPRO came out promptly the next day, and did a great job of drying the affected areas.
We were very pleased with their responsiveness, courtesy, communications, and conservative approach.
