He has several years of experience in Reconstruction services and has the following certifications from the Institute of inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Removal Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician and Carpet Cleaning Technician. as well as our Mold Remediation contractor license
Justin King
Justin is our Lead crew chief here at SERVPRO of Houston Heights, he is our eyes on the ground and is usually the first person that the customer will meet from our team.
Bryttny Casas
Bryttny is one of our office administrators, she will be the one to talk to about any potential service requirements for our customers.
Carlos Martinez
Carlos is one of our Water/fire restoration technicians, he will be the first on site along with our crew chief, ready to tackle any size disaster.

We returned from travel to find water dripping from our kitchen ceiling, and overflowing sinks in our upstairs bathroom, caused by a plugged AC condensate drain. SERVPRO came out promptly the next day, and did a great job of drying the affected areas.
