I went through the main corporate website and submitted a request, not expecting to get a call as I didn't know if they would be able to work during shelter in place. Not only did I get an immediate call from the Highland Village team, they offered to come out immediately. They were exactly on time, looked around at our mold problems, gave me a quote on the spot and did all of the work - in less than 2 hours! The guys were extremely professional, thorough and did a fantastic job. Our house feels better already! Can't say enough good stuff about the team at SERVPRO Highland Village. We had a washing machine flood at 10pm at night. The mitigation team was out within 30 min and working to clean up our mess. Harrison and Lindsay were on top of everything and took great care of us through the entire process. We would highly recommend.
