The office staff was always friendly and followed up to make sure that I was satisfied with the job they had done. I had no problem with my insurance company taking care of the payment and working with SERVPRO. Thank God I know who to call in the middle of the night if I have any kind of damage to my home.

Prompt, professional and honest. Alan, Angel and Tony were great. The mold remediation was faster than I could have dreamed it would be. I am confident the estimate from Steve for repair will be reasonable and scheduled quickly.
