Teddy and his crew were great to work with. We called on a Sunday and they came out that afternoon to look at everything. He then offered to come out the next morning when the insurance adjuster would be at our house to make sure everything he had to do would be approved. They were efficient and were sure to answer all our questions and checked with the adjuster before doing something that wasn’t previously discussed to make sure there were no surprises. We never had to wait for them to show up, they were always early. We will recommend them to anyone in the future that may need restoration work done.

The owner was very courteous, helpful, respond politely to any and all questions I had. They did a very good job of drying everything out.

When life threw us a curveball and our entire house flooded Mr. Moore was incredibly helpful in navigating such an overwhelming life event. He was so thorough in checking every part of our house for damage. He was always on time, he explained every step of the process. Even our kids and dogs loved him.
