Nathan is the Production Manager at SERVPRO of Grand Prairie. He has 24 years experience; 20 of which were here at SERVPRO and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC); Water Damage Restoration Technician, Fire Damage Restoration Technician, and Carpet Cleaning Technician, Applied Structure Drying Technician. Nathan is also certified by the State of Texas in Mold Remediation.
Nancy Savala
Nancy has been our Office Manager at SERVPRO of Grand Prairie for 13 years. Nancy graduated from UNT Dallas; majoring in Applied Arts and Sciences concentrating on business management. She has certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC); Water Damage Restoration Technician and Fire Damage Restoration Technician.
Martha Rodriguez
Martha is on the Fire crew and Packout team at SERVPRO of Grand Prairie. Martha has worked at SERVPRO for 22 years.
Sascha Dewitt
Sascha is the Fire Supervisor, water damage technician and is a licensed mold remediation tech at SERVPRO of Grand Prairie. She has been with our company for 9 years
Sara Quinteros

They worked extended hours and made sure my wife and I were comfortable with their approach to ensure our water damage was handled correctly, timely and reasonable to us. They made a bad experience into a good one and felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Highly recommend Brandon and his team. FIRST CLASS ORGANIZATION!!!
SERVPRO did an amazing job repairing my water damage. Responded on time and quick. They were very friendly and explained everything in great detail. They got the service done in no time, will definitely contact them for another time.
